Services provided
Marquis Harris offers resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career consulting services as described on the Services page. All services are performed personally by Marquis Harris unless otherwise stated.
Payment
All services must be paid in full before work begins. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Prices are listed in USD.
Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. Please review the Refund Policy page before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Refund Policy.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are stated on the Services page for each package. Timelines begin after your intake interview is completed and all necessary information is received. Marquis Harris will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or force majeure.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information during your intake interview. The quality of the final documents depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Marquis Harris is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate client information.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment and delivery, you own the final documents created for you. Marquis Harris retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated content for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Marquis Harris is not liable for employment outcomes, job offers, salary changes, or other results arising from the use of documents created under these terms. Career documents are tools, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Marquis Harris is domiciled. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
Marquis Harris may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
