When you book a service, we collect your name, email address, and the career information you share during the intake interview. If you pay via Stripe, Stripe collects your payment details directly — we do not store credit card numbers. We may also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, referral source) through Framer's built-in analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to deliver the service you purchased: to conduct your career interview, write your documents, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Calendly for scheduling. Each has its own privacy policy. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Calendly's privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy. Your use of those services is subject to their respective policies.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as is necessary to deliver your service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@marquisharris.online.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@marquisharris.online. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
