Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Marquis Harris (marquisharris.online). Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final
Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of resume writing and career consulting, all purchases are non-refundable. Once you book and complete your intake interview, work begins immediately on your documents. I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after that point.
What you can expect
Before you book, the Services page describes exactly what is included in each package — the deliverables, the process, and the timeline. Please review it carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, email me at hello@marquisharris.online before booking.
Revision policy
Each package includes one round of revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are limited to adjustments based on information provided during your interview. Additional rounds of revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.
Cancellations before the interview
If you need to cancel or reschedule your interview, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the Calendly link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled interview are forfeited without credit or refund.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting me directly is considered a breach of this policy. I reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and to decline future service to anyone who initiates one without first making a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by email.
